* honor conf file in service directory if it exists * home dir should not be writable by anyone, see: https://docs.haproxy.org/3.4/configuration.html#3.1-chroot * add sensible default timeouts and maxconn values to haproxy.cfg haproxy will complain and warn if these are absent * make the default config work with ipv6
