Added typo benchmark test for textToPaths()

This PR adds an additional test suite for textToPaths() to the typography benchmarks.

Resolves #8969

Changes:

• Creates a TO_PATHS_CASES array reusing the same test strings from the textToPoints()
• Adds the new benchmark loops to the 2D, WebGL & WebGPU test suites to ensure complete renderer coverage.
