Summary
Fixes malformed shell code block formatting in
src/everything/README.mdand corrects the references to the server instructions filename fromserver-instructions.mdtoinstructions.mdinstartup.mdandstructure.md. Also updatesstructure.mdto document all files in thedocsdirectory and fix the self-referential description onarchitecture.md.Closes #4096.
