- Add the docs-site equivalent of metabase/metabase.github.io#6413 by loading the ad-tracking GTM-KHLBGV9 container independently from the existing Google tag in production.
- Route it through the existing marketing-consent path in restricted regions while preserving the shared dataLayer.
- Avoid a static noscript fallback, which cannot be consent-gated on this static site.
- Leave the existing product analytics and GTM-PVKWSPWD behavior unchanged.
