docs: close v1.0.1 production evidence

What changed

• accepts Astro's scoped <picture> production markup in the HTTP checker;
• records clean-clone, PR, Pages, and production evidence for v1.0.1;
• closes M4 and adds the final asset-performance editorial report.

Why

The v1.0.1 candidate is already deployed and its optimized assets are live. The first production check used an overly exact literal <picture> selector even though Astro correctly emitted <picture data-astro-…> and responsive AVIF/WebP sources. This closure corrects that validation-only mismatch and records the completed release evidence.

Impact

No page output or asset changes. The production checker now recognizes semantically equivalent scoped markup; plan/reporting files capture the verified deployment.

Validation

• targeted license validation: 6/6 compliant;
• production check: 14 legacy routes, 28 required resources, five optimized assets;
• combined WebM/MP4/poster: 461,046 bytes;
• missing route returns 404 and HTTP redirects to HTTPS.
