Tested typescript@7.0.2 on top of current main (nest-cli 11.0.24): nest build still fails.

Error: The installed TypeScript version (7.0.2) does not expose the programmatic compiler API that the Nest CLI requires. TypeScript 7.0 ships the "tsc" executable only; the compiler API is expected to return in 7.1.

Same incompatibility that led to the rollback in b402ab8 (#31) — nest-cli 11.0.24 just fails fast with a clearer message now. This PR should stay unmerged until the Nest CLI supports the TS7 compiler API (expected with TS 7.1).
