Improvements to the FAST.Farm toolbox

A few improvements and generalization to the FAST.Farm toolbox:

• Major reorganization of template files, with clear distinction across OpenFAST versions. Backwards compatibility maintained.
• Better handling of AMR-Wind/Kynema-SGF input file generation, accounting for terrain
• Re-write of the slurm/bash inputs for inflow generation via TurbSim. No longer relies on templateFiles.
