Let us drop all Flinta references (and there are quite a few). This is a specific German term and it's not without problems. And let's just say women in the Python community.

I think we should let people know in the bullet list that space is very limited, only 20. It'll be first-come, first-served, so don't dither once they get the voucher to register for the run.

Nobody has registered for the run yet. So it sounds very confusing. I think just "All registered attendees will receive a ticket voucher to register for the run" will be sufficient. But maybe stress one more time here, something like: Be sure to register soon, as there are only 20 spaces available.
