- new guide documenting the MCP server for DHTMLX Pivot: config vs
getTable() API split, update-config vs render-table event timing,
aggregation methods vs predicates, values entry forms, export flow,
and framework/widget integrations, plus the Search/Inference
  workflow split
- registered in sidebars.js under the Guides category
- linked from how-to-start.md's "What's next" list
- reworded four prompts (the sort parameter, the
  --wx-pivot-primary-hover variable, update-config, getTable/export)
that named the exact property, event, or method solving the
  described goal
- the update-config prompt mattered most: the guide's own "How it
works" section is about picking the right event, so naming it in
  the prompt undercut the example
- prompts now describe the outcome and let the assistant find the
  right property, event, or method
- rewrote the Privacy section body: the previous text was byte-
identical to the Booking and RichText guides across all three
  sentences
- reworded the logging-notice sentence to active voice
- reworded the intro's first paragraph to describe config,
getTable(), update-config, and render-table in plain prose
instead of raw identifiers, while keeping links to the same
  API pages
Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- the manual-setup step referenced "mcp.json" without the leading
dot; Claude Code's actual project-scoped config file is .mcp.json
- title updated to remove colon (was breaking the page)
- merged numbered steps with the search/inference example into one walkthrough
- unique wording to differentiate from other product guides
- assistant now isolates only the doc-needing part of a compound
prompt before querying MCP, handling the rest from its own knowledge
- split the example-prompt sentence into its own paragraph
- varied wording to avoid repeating the same verb in intro and step 1
- capabilities section opened with "What can the MCP server tell you
  about DHTMLX Pivot?"
- rephrased as a declarative statement
- shortened the how-it-works heading and gave it a distinct structure
("Where a Pivot question lands in MCP") instead of the "path through
  the MCP server" phrasing
- dropped the mild personification in the privacy line ("anything
that identifies you" -> "personal information")
- rewrote the rhetorical question in "Prompts that get Pivot right"
  as a narrative statement
- de-obfuscated two sample prompts that named the methods property
  and tableShape directly
- reworded "builds against Pivot as it actually behaves" into more
standard phrasing tied to the current-vs-stale theme
